PHASE 04 LEVERAGE
Automation
Replaced repetition with process design. If a task happened twice, it became a workflow — freeing time and removing the human error that creeps in at scale.
// Overview
Once the infrastructure was solid, the next gain was leverage: stop doing the same thing twice.
If a task happened more than once it became a workflow. Automation isn't about removing people — it's about removing the dull, error-prone repetition so people can do the work only people can do.
:: What This Phase Built
Carried forward
