Network Census — the live estate

Twenty-plus live systems, a dozen machines, one flat network. Everything running, ring by ring.

Network census map of every live system on the home network

Context:

A full census of everything running on my network: a public edge with real certificates, a self-hosted mesh VPN, a three-node Talos Kubernetes cluster hosting two public applications, Raspberry Pis doing broadcast and status work, and a knowledge vault that documents all of it. Every box has its own HUD, AI access sits behind a single revocable key, and state lives off the disposable parts.

This is the short version. The full story walks the three rings, the pattern underneath, and the open items still on the list.
